Away from Home

Right now we are staying with my parents so that we can get a little more rest and some much needed help. Aaron has gone back to work and it is a little overwhelming taking care of the baby by my self so, my parents offered to let us stay with them and we took them up on it. It is taking longer than we had expected for me to recuperate from everything. Right now it appears that I have still got fluid on my lungs and the dieuretics I've been taking do not seem to be working. They are a low dose, so that may have a little to do with it. We are waiting to hear when I will be scheduled for a CAT scan of my lungs to make sure there are no clots. With my heart condition, we really don't want to take any chances. On a much more positive note...we took R.J. to the doctor today and he weighed 5 lbs 2 oz. We are very thankful that he is continuing to gain weight and remain healthy. He had to get another PKU test today, wich required him to get a stick on the heel of his foot. He did not like that one bit. After it was all over and we were home, he did manage to take a good sized bottle and go to sleep. So, I think the PKU test didn't phase him that much. Also, he as grown out of one of his outfits and it looks like another one isn't going to fit him any more. Way to go R.J.!! Keep growing!! The Lord continues to show us His graces day by day.
