Fat Boy
Yesterday we had our first visit with the pediatrician. It went very well...especially since we didn't have to get shots on that visit. The next visit will be a different story. When we brought R.J. home from the hospital he weighed 4lbs and 2oz. At the doctors office he weighed 4lbs 11.5oz. We were shocked. We had been concerned about his feedings and that he was getting enough to eat...needless to say, he is getting plenty. He also has a clogged tear duct and the DR gave us a prescription for some eye ointment. It is already working. His little puffy eye is looking much better. Unfortunately, he is still very gassy from the formula he is eating; but on the bright side, we have been able to burp him a little better here lately...so, that may help the gas issue a lot.

hahaha. I'm happy he's healthy. It's still kinda foreign to me that ya'll have a baby. I almost can't believe it. I guess it's because I haven't seen him. I hope you and Aaron are getting enough rest. Last time we talked you both seemed a little haggard. :-) Thanks for your comment. I appreciate it, especially since I get so few nowadays. Will RJ be at church tomorrow?
