Well, we are finally back from my liver biopsy. It was scheduled for Friday. There were a few little issues surrounding it. First we were going to biopsy the tumor, then the doctor decided that he wanted to use nuclear medicine, then after he talked to his colleges the final decision was made to biopsy the tumor. Oh boy, was I not ready. I had heard that you were awake and I was ok. However; when the procedure started and there was some pain...that's where things went wrong. The doctor had to take 2 specimens because the first one was not big enough. The procedure didn't take that long and then they rolled me out of there. A few minutes later I was in horrible pain. My stomach was hurting where they needle was inserted, my chest was hurting and I was altogether uncomfortable. We went upstairs to the room I was going to be in and I was screaming. You know I am in pain when I am screaming. I don't know how long it took, but it was too long, before pain medication made it to me. So, from Friday afternoon through Sunday night I was pretty much ged up. One night had Aaron and the nurse pretty scared. My pressure went way down and the color of my lips were the same color of my skin. Monday, I was feeling a bit better. I was no longer taking demoral for pain and I was more coherent than I had been the whole time I was there. We prayed a lot and read the Bible a lot together. The Lord brough us through this. Now, our appointment to MD Anderson has been moved out to April 8th and all the travel arrangements have been moved out with no problems. Thank you for all those who have been praying.

And we'll keep praying.. Demerol is on my DO NOT give me list. I'm not exactly allergic but it makes me really sick. Just have them put it on your chart as a no-no. Please call if there is anything we can do..or stop by if you need a respite going to and fro.
Still praying for you sweet girl! God is The BIG God of ALL - He knows ALL, He is in complete CONTROL - Rest in Him!
