Strange Dr. Appt.

Today I had a bit of a strange doctors appointment. Apparently my thyroid is quite high and I have been loosing some weight...nothing drastic. Well, the medication that my doctor wanted to put me on she is not able to because of what it may do to my system. So, we are going to see if the doctor in TX can do anything, and if not she will get the ball rolling to see and endocrinologist here in Huntsville. In the meantime...and this is the strange part...she told me to eat, and eat a lot! Eat high calorie foods! How many doctors do you think tell their patients this?? I think it's a bit funny. She encouraged me to go have an Oreo shake. Ha!!
