Outraged

A couple weeks ago, at the direction of my cardiologist, I went to the emergency room because I was getting worse as far a getting short of breath and tired. I put some details about this visit on a previous post; however, right now I am a bit outraged and disappointed with Crestwood. I have never had a problem with them and prefer to go there but at this point I'm starting to change my mind. When I went I was referred to a pulmonologist. This was 2 weeks ago and they have yet to send the referral to the doctor so that I can make an appointment. I am upset, first because the referral has not been sent and I can't see how that's a difficult thing to do, and second because the doctor at UAB wanted me to see the pulmonologist to get any information he could before the heart cath. Now we are about 2 weeks away from the cath and I would be very surprised if we were able to get an appointment in time. I am going to try again tomorrow and continue to pray about it. Any suggestions as to who I should ask to talk to about this?? Head nurse, doctor who saw me, manager???
