Well, I must say, I have NEVER blogged before in my life and it's only because of a long lost friend's blog (you know who you are) that I've decided to. So...here goes! :)
The title of my Blog is "Blessed and Beyond". That is what I truly am...and unfortunately, it's taken me almost 30 years to realize that. I have a loving husband, my best friend, God's gift to me through this life. I have wonderful Christian parents. As well as a wonderful supportive church that would drop everything just to help/comfort/console/encourage one another. I am blessed to have been on this earth for 30 years due to a congenital heart defect that could have claimed my life. But I do believe that God had/has much more in store for my life.
So, yes...I am blessed. You might be asking where does the "& Beyond" come in? I am a child of Christ, I am his and he is mine!! This something that can NEVER be taken away. I rejoice in that every day and I try to remember to thank him for that every day. Because of the shed blood of the spotless Lamb of God I am assured of spending an eternity in Heaven with him. And that is WAY beyond blessed!!!
